Boxercise for Parkinson's

A fun session based on boxing pad work and movement. The sessions aim to help with movement, coordination, balance, cardiovascular health, mobility and strength.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

The session is conducted by a Level 4 personal trainer specifically trained in Boxercise for Parkinson's.

The emphasis is very much on fun and enjoyment rather than hard exercise.

Partners and carers are encouraged to join in as this type of exercise can also be effectively carried out in the home.

  • Weekly starting 22 September 2026.
  • £4 per session, £2 for associated partners / carers.
  • The sessions will be approx. 1 hour in length and there will be time for coffee / meeting.
  • Participants should bring gym clothing non-slip footwear and a drink.
