Boxercise
This is a fun and social exercise class, which uses basic boxing attributes and skills. The session contains non-contact pad work and shadow boxing using easy to learn moves. The session provides a whole body and mind workout that is suitable for beginners, or those who have previously enjoyed martial art based classes. Partners/carers are welcome to support or join in (payment required if participating in the session).
Run by a Parkinson's Advanced Kick Boxercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Coach, this session will develop your coordination, mobility, strength, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. All equipment is provided.
The venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible toilet facilities and a seated area.
The cost is £7.50 per person, per session.
The session caters to a maximum of 18 participants, so booking in advance is ideal. Booking is done on the morning of each session via the coach.
Please bring a drink and wear comfy clothing to allow movement.
