Box Fit - Non Contact Boxing Class

Thanks to an exciting collaboration between Parkinson’s UK and The Wingate Foundation, a charity from Caterham-based Wingate Financial Planning, these classes support people with Parkinson’s to get and stay active in a friendly and supportive environment.

The exercises are adaptive and non-combat, meaning you won’t be fighting another person. Non-contact boxing focuses on brain-body coordination, balance, posture, and movement. No boxing or fitness experience is required.

Classes are every week on a Wednesday, 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Trinity School, Shirley Park, Croydon, CR0 7LB.

  • All places must be pre-booked using the details provided by telephone or email.

  • The classes are free to attend due to our generous funder. Equipment will also be supplied.

  • We may need to operate a waiting list if numbers exceed our capacity for the class.

  • All Box Fit for Parkinson’s classes include time for refreshments and an opportunity to get to know other attendees.

  • Free parking is available.
