Bounce Back Exercise – Functional Fitness (Online)
Led by a Parkinson’s Exercise Specialist, this is a high-effort, energising session that focuses on the seven functional movements (push, pull, squat, hinge, rotate, lunge, gait) to improve your strength and stamina when performing activities in day-to-day life such as climbing stairs, sitting to standing and pushing doors open.
- All classes take place live via Zoom and are recorded so they're available for participants to watch in their own time through our members library.
- Sessions are designed for people who are looking to challenge themselves, their strength and their fitness.
- Participants must be able to move about unaided to benefit from these classes.
- Partners/carers are welcome to join.
- One-week free trial! Classes then cost £5 pay as you go or £34 a month for access to the full programme timetable and class recordings.
- Participants will be asked to fill out an online form before participating in a class to assess whether it is safe for them to take part.
- Participants can sign up for a free trial via the website https://www.bouncebackexercise.com/program/online-exercise-community-2025 or get in touch with [email protected] for a one off class trial.
