Bollington Health and Leisure: Exercises Classes for Parkinson's

Our friendly group meets at Bollington Health and Leisure every Wednesday, offering a great way for people with Parkinson’s to get active and socialise. There’s also a cafe on-site where you can have a chat before or after classes!

  • 10am: Balance and stability class
  • 11am: Challenging, moderately aerobic exercise class with amplitude and strength training

The sauna and hot tub are available throughout the morning. Massage is available from 10am to 12.45pm. Enjoy a 15-minute massage for your neck and shoulders, hands or feet.

Swimming
You can use the pool between 12.15pm and 1pm. Just ask at the main reception. Remember to bring your own towel.
