Belfast Aquacise for Parkinson's

Templemore Users Trust hosts physio led swimming sessions at Templemore Baths in Belfast, with exclusive use of the pool for people with Parkinson's and their carers.

All levels and abilities are welcome, from the non-swimmer upwards. 

There will also be a swim coach on hand.

Cost £3 per session.

Not meeting in July or August.
