An opportunity for people with Parkinson's and carers to enjoy table tennis in a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Delivered by Kingsland Table Tennis Club and supported by Table Tennis Ulster. Equipment provided. 

Wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend you bring a bottle of water. 

The cost is £2 per session.  Starting Wednesday 4 March 2026 at 11am and running for four weeks until 25 March.

Set Satnav for Ballyholme Yacht club 210A Seacliff Road Bangor BT20 5HT. Park on road at play park on your left before the yacht club. Kingsland banner on the fence. Walk up path to a cream building with a green door.
