Fitness is for everyone and that's what we do at BASE BODY FITNESS.

We are so thrilled and honoured to host our PARKINSON'S CLUB, an amazing and fun session for our very own warriors.

​Exercise is a very important part of helping to manage the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Second to medication, it is probably the most important thing you can do to stay well. 

It is well proven the universal benefits of exercise in helping everyone feel better and improving overall health. But it is especially good for you if you have Parkinson's. Emerging evidence suggests that increasing exercise to 2.5 hours per week can be as important as medication in managing Parkinson's symptoms.

​Our Parkinson's Club is much more than just a fitness session: it is a fun, social and active event aimed at self improvement. As important as exercise is, we want to workout your mind as well by engaging with new friends with a cuppa. Remember, you are not alone in this.

​Everybody is welcome, whatever your fitness level and experience. Come in and meet new friends. 

​Because coming to the Gym is much more than you think.
