Balance & Flexibility

Balance and flexibility keeps the mind active, the body moving, improves posture and helps flexibility and strength. Supported workouts can help you stay safe and feel confident.  

Class leader, Sarah Papworth, is a fitness instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. She incorporates pilates based exercises as part of her classes. They are suitable for all abilities and can also be undertaken sitting down or standing up while holding onto something sturdy.  The group is great fun and a firm favourite with our members.

Cost = £2

Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
