Aqua Therapy

 A 30-minute aqua therapy classes led by specialist neurological physiotherapists in small groups of up to 5 participants. 

This is a six week block booking.  £15 per session

Class 1 starts 16:00 - 16:30   Class 2 starts 16:40 -17:10 

Classes take place in a heated pool, accessible via steps with rails on either side. 

Attendees must be able to complete these steps with supervision. 

The class is completed in standing with a handrail present for balance around the outside of the pool. Participants do not need to be able to swim to attend. 

The pool has accessible changing facilities and carers can assist with this if required. 

Participants must wear swimming costumes and are required to bring their own towels and body wash etc. It is recommended to bring water for after the class.
