Aqua-aerobics
Aqua aerobics are a gently form of exercise to music where you can be as strenuous or gentle as you prefer. The support of the water reduces the risk of muscle or joint injuries and the resistance helps to tone the muscles.
You will be exercising lots of different muscle groups so it's a great overall workout without exerting pressure on the joints.
You will be working with floats and don't need to be able to swim to join in.
