Adaptive Personal Training - Bath

We specialise in Adaptive Personal Training sessions for individuals with neurological conditions. We are mobile, so can support individuals in their own home or place of choice, such as a gym, studio or outside.

Our Aim and Mission
To provide specialist exercise training to those suffering the impact of a neurological condition, such as Parkinson’s and MS to brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and amputees. We are equipped with the knowledge, determination and patience to help you on your journey.

Our Trainers
All our trainers are highly qualified and experienced in the exercise and rehabilitation sector, as well as being DBS checked and insured. We feel it is important that our clients are supported to the highest level, and that working alongside physiotherapists and other professionals helps to give us more knowledge and guidance to support your needs and achieve your aims and goals.
