Adapted Boxing for people with Parkinson's

Boxercise™

Tone your upper body and increase your strength and stamina with this fun, non-contact martial arts-based fitness session focusing on boxing moves in a circuit format. This class provides a great workout for all fitness levels.

Boxercise is a non-contact form of exercise that uses boxing techniques to provide a full-body workout for fitness, calorie burning, and stress relief. Participants use gloves and pads to practice drills, learn boxing skills, and engage in circuit training, fostering coordination, mobility, and strength without any physical contact with an opponent. This makes it a safe, accessible, and fun way to improve cardiovascular health, tone muscles, and enhance mental well-being.
