Active Worthing - Legs, Bums and Tums/Stretch
This class will be focused on the lower body and use a range of cardio and toning moves with the use of some equipment. It will finish with a 20 minutes stretch and relaxation. (Please note this class will be slightly harder than Strong & Steady).
Our classes and gym sessions are run by level 4 specialist instructors. We offer a range of classes catering to all abilities including chair-based yoga, chair-based Pilates, Strong and Steady strength and balance class, and Keep Active classes.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
We have 9 classes a week, and run gym sessions throughout the week. £25 Direct Debit for unlimited gym and classes
