Active Worthing - Chair based pilates
This class is dedicated to improving core strength and posture by identifying basic postural and movement imbalances through Pilates based exercises. The exercises are chair based.
Our classes and gym sessions are run by level 4 specialist instructors. We offer a range of classes catering to all abilities including chair-based yoga, chair-based Pilates, Strong and Steady strength and balance class, and Keep Active classes.
Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear. We recommend bringing a bottle of water.
We have 9 classes a week, and run gym sessions throughout the week. £25 Direct Debit for unlimited gym and classes
