Active Health - Move and Shout
Active Health - Move and Shout is a low impact class with our Level 3 exercise referral instructor, Elizabeth.
The class includes seated and standing exercises which are completed at your own pace. There is the option of games and voice exercises near the end of the class.
Our programmes take place in our centre environment and aim to promote physical fitness, mobility, and overall wellbeing for participants.
First session is free then the cost is £4.50 per class.
