Active Health - Move and Shout

Active Health - Move and Shout is an low impact class with our Level 3 exercise referral instructor, Elizabeth. She includes, seated and standing exercises which are completed at your own pace. 

There is the option of games and voice exercises near the end of the class.

Our programs take place in our centre environment and aim to promote physical fitness, mobility, and overall well-being for participants.

First session is free then the cost is £3.50 per class.
