Active Connections Support Group

A support group for individuals living with long term progressive neurological conditions such as Parkinson's, Huntington's, MS and MND, and for their unpaid caregivers. St Michael's Hospice in St Leonard's is providing a monthly session that aims to enhance understanding and better prepare people for living with a progressive neurological condition, create an opportunity for social connections amongst patients and unpaid carers, offer people the opportunity to express themselves and move through music and seated drum-based exercise and to empower people to take charge of their disease and symptoms.
