PD Buddies

PD Buddies is a support group for people with Parkinson's, we meet either in Harpenden Trust Halls or Redbourn Parish Centre once a month. Not only do we vary the venue but we also vary the day we meet, so please get in touch if you would like to join us to find out more. 2pm to 4pm.

We organise Table Tennis at 2:30 -4pm on a Thursday at the Harpenden Trust Hall (above the Co-op in Southdown), Tea and Biscuits served and carers, partners welcome. 

We also go to the Everyone Active Leisure Centre Harpenden on Sundays at 2pm and Mondays at 3pm for sessions to help us live better with Parkinson's. These sessions are £5 per person per session.
