Parkinson's Cafe - Hoddesdon

This Parkinson's cafe is based at the John Warner Leisure Centre in Hoddesdon.

There is a specialist Parkinson's exercise session at the centre before the Parkinson's cafe. So if you fancy doing some exercise and then having some refreshments, join us in the Cleo's Bites cafe after. If you do not want to take part in the exercise, then just join us in the cafe and have a chat and a cuppa.

There is no cost but you will need to pay for your own refreshments.
