Jurassic PARKlife (Younger Onset Parkinson's Cafe)

People can expect a warm welcome, support, connection, education and knowledge.

Join us on the last Friday of every month in an informal setting at the Conservative Club, Weymouth for conversation, laughter, friendship and mutual support.

We organise regular fun activities at local centres to keep moving and enjoying life.

There is no cost to attend.

Occasionally speakers will be invited to offer information and expertise that is current and relevant to those with Parkinson's and their friends and family.

We try to introduce members to various activities available and easily accessible in the area, ranging from possible yoga, balance, boxercise, walking football, choir, swimming, cardiovascular workouts, speech therapy, and psychological therapies for acceptance and anxiety and confidence issues and social events.
